Having a slight problem. I installed without any probs, and i have rechecked my code several times and all is as indicated in your instructions. I myself currently have a sig installed prior to this hack. I do not get the new modify sig screen as shown in your included pics. If i upload a new sig, it thanks me for updating but nothing new displays and the old sig is still in place. However, if i create new admin accounts or use test accounts i have created using the registered user group i can upload no prob and the new modify screens display appropriately. It is almost as if you already have a signature it is blocking this hack from working properly. Is this possible?

The reason why is cause this hack only host the signature for users. If a member already has a signature lets say. [ img] www.somehostingsite.com/sigs/user.jpg [ /img]. And the user wants to hose the signature on you site then he would simply just upload the signature, and delete his old [ img] tags, and replace it with the new one that is giving to the user after the upload.

I think i could do that, snice there in the database. Shouldn't be to much of a problem.

I have members who have NO images and they still can't upload.

Ok, I PMed you.

I just took a random inactive user and tried to upload an image, it worked. I then logged in in one of my Mod's account and tried to upload, and it didnt work! It just refreshed the page.

Yep, you can have a look at the way vbulletin has the avatar/picture profile option too... just need to go to:

yourboardurl/admincp/usertools.php?do=profilepic&userid=1
