There is something like this if you are using Trillian Pro. You can use the RSS feed plugin and get the hack from here.

Go to Tools > Options. On the privacy tab untick "This is a shared computer so don't display my tabs"

how do i edit the tabs on the new msn 6
cuz when i had the beta version the info for tabs was held in Xml files

where is it held now ?
