It would be great if it can communicate with the "Location" in the profile fields.

That's impossible, as users can enter anything they wish in that field. If you enter "Middle Earth", what exactly is Google Maps supposed to do with that? That's not a valid latitude / longitude coordinate set ;)

"Impossible" is a word that should be used sparingly. It's not impossible, of course -- you merely ignore entries which you can't resolve.

The biggest issue, as I mentioned before, is that you have only a binary choice of showing all 130,000 members (server crash!) or just those online right now (not very useful). It definitely needs some filtering mechanisms.

How many people do you have on your average forum that input either complete, valid street addresses or valid Lat/Long coords into their Location fields? :p

I don't have an average forum. Neither does anyone else! But I do have valid lat/longs from a previous mod (3.x, unfortunately) for over 10K of my members, so I'd suggest a reasonable number.

That's not what I meant, I meant it when you entered this page is locates your place and you automatically updating the field "Location".

Ah, that could potentially be intensive.

i cant find any option about member map and i cant find any setting
where i find the setting in ACP ? :(

and if i click membermap only map showing not showin any members why

Try adding yourself to Super Administrators, and give it at least 24 hours before you start noticing members appearing on the map :)
