I think vbulletin should ban him with all this information stacked against him.

We just don't do that unless he is breaking rules on this forum.

We can't get involved in disputes between individual members.

I would certainly advise people not to use him if asked though.

I guess people were too busy arguing to notice that the theme isn't available for download, until he fixes this, I believe it needs to go to the modification graveyard. That plus the negativity this thread is providing.
