How would you pay the user? This way the user gets money directly from google using his adsense account. Also this is the most common way to split adsense with users, platforms like Wordpress have similar money splitting features like this one.

Does it work with the normal Ads Selection of Vbulletin?

Doesn't seem to work. I've followed the instructions but the ads aren't showing.

Could there be a reason why this isn't working on vB 4.2?

This mod is being re-designed and dev'd. Will be released in 2.0 in a month or so.
