This mod works with 4.1.3 and is so far the only one that works without screwing up the mobile applications.

after you installed the plug-in , how do you enable this?
i'm using v4.1.3

AdminCP -> Settings drop down -> Options -> Separate Sticky (mine is at the bottom of my list) -> Set both options to yes (unless you want Sticky to still appear before threads, but I feel its a bit redundant)
