how can i create new items on my vbshop lite version?

Item Management -> Pick an item type from the dropdown up top -> Add Item -> Fill out the form -> Save :)

Hello, I have a couple of questions if it's possible befoer I upgrade to 4.0.5. First off is this compatible with 4.0.5? and also can this integrated and used with vbcredits II deluxe in vb4.0.5? Thank you very much for your time and for this great mod.

vBShop v1.1.0 has been released, which fixes all known bugs as well as brings with it some new features, namely Bank, Stealing and Lottery.
Read more about these features in the first post of the modification thread.

what day of the week and where can we find the completed lottery. AKA the winning numbers?

I don't think there is a display for the completed lottery at this point in time. It is however PMed to the people who bought tickets, whether they won or lost and why / why not.
