I think I've found a bug. The plugin "Prevent signatures from being displayed in certain forums." removes the signature for those user groups that you have specified on the "Signature Free Forums" page. However, the text on this page says:

Enter here the ID of the User Groups whose signatures you want to show at the Signature Free Forums. To choose more than 1 User Group, seperate their IDs with commas. By default it is set to show Admins signatures.
So the text says "enter those user groups for which you want the signature to be always displayed", but the plugin does the exact opposite and removes the signature for those user groups (and only for those!).

Also the ability to add hyperlinks to it default sigs as well as teh above two suggestions would make it MOT
