I installed this and got to the part of importing the XML in admin. I got some sort of error (forgot now but something about invalid file)

So I tried going back to our forum and its completely gone.

I tried going back to Admin - gone. So I deleted to two folders which I had just uploaded (admincp & includes) forum is still gone.

Please help with this and tell me its an easy fix

Working on my 4.0.1 site. I just tested it too by going to stopforumspam.com and using the username and e-mail address of the most recent spammer in their database. When I clicked to register, it checked against the database and denied my registration. :) Works perfectly!

Just look in your logs to see if anybody is getting blocked...

ACP => Statistics & Logs => vBStopForumSpam Logs

great but waiting for whitelisting or the ability to submit users to the database .

having done the file edits for the extra plugin, this works a treat in full, and the first one is submitted to the database. ;)
