I added this, and went ahead and set up all categories and so forth, but I dont see any where on my forum to go to it. I did go to mydomain.com/support.php but then it told me I didn't have permissions, which doesn't make sense since I am the administrator/owner of the forums..any advice?

This looks great. Now all it needs is a real billing and payment system!
Please tell me you will add a billing and payment system to this!? |
For some reason, I just logged into a few user accounts, and none of them can access the support system.

Ok, I figured out how to make it all appear, by editing the permissions. I have departments set up, but none of them are showing up in the support system when you click on new ticket nor does priority level show up...

Good mod! Definitely should come in better handy then just setting up a support forum. How come when the support system sends out emails after someone sends a support ticket, the from email address is "the@" whatever domain name the recipient is? For instance, if someone has a yahoo email the sender will be "the@yahoo.com" but shouldnt it come from the domain the forum is on? Any way to change it? |
Bug: If you disable products it stops the department from working, when i disable products the display then is wrong and also departments won't show the drop down list of departments.
