If you want to stop all requests to your server from that range of ip's, use the htaccess file versus the admincp, that is only stopping them from accessing the forums, not the server itself.

Check out one of my other vb boards. The boards were pretty much "trafficless" (maybe 25 posts from actual posters) until the spam wave hit.

How the heck to I quickly trash 17,000 posts?
