I don't know how to fix it. ... but I know why collapsible box isn't showing (doesn't show for me too).

FF doesn't show it if its broken image.
in IE... you'll see a red X box. right click and notice the path is DOUBLED UP.
eg on mine its:

if the collapse image isn't showing do this...

In the XML find:
and delete the part in red.

worked for me, but results may vary (I'm a n00b!) :o
