There is anyway or any addon to make user accept the rules?

Like for example when they are posting or something to accept the rules first and only then post..?

There is a mod that forces users to read a thread, maybe this can be adapted. Do a search :)

Well the problem is that i have made a search and only found for the version 3.0 and none for 3.6.x(8)..
