Where do i get the info for the thread id?

i installed this hac but i don't get the poll to show up in forum home, i am getting a small red bar looks like the first of the pool and it says the pool has been closed. The pool works fine in the thread, i am thinking i put the wrong thread # since i don't know how to find this.

Thanks for the info....would be nice if i can get this to show up on the left column instead of the top of the forum...i think a lot of people would rather this as well..

OK I figured this out for myself and got it up and running but only half the poll shows on the front page see attached link and it says poll is closed when I did not choose that option in the test polls.

I would be interested to know if this could work with the UserCP?

Like displaying a random poll every time a user enters their UserCP and when they vote it dissapears, I would love for this to work :)
