When you go to the journal index, everything works except for the "My Journal" option. For example, if you go here http://www.familycorner.com/forums/journal.php3 and log in with this test account I set up for you: Username: TestUser password: test and create a journal. Then after that, use the drop down menu in the navbar to select "My Journal". Another spot is from the Journal Index page, there is a button below the latest entries that says "My Journal". That doesn't work either. The last thing is just below the "My Journal" button, there's a nav drop down that says "Journal Links" and one of the options is "New Entry". That doesn't work either. |
Server issue. vBJournal is written to use .php extension, you use .php3 extension which is not supported.

I just found another error. I had made a test entry in my journal before the upgrade along with several other entries. I decided to delete the test entry so I clicked the delete button which brought me to a page that asked if I was sure i wanted to delete it. When I said yes, it took me to a page can't be found error.

Dunno if it's just me, but as I said before, I get the following when viewing anyone's entries (see attachment):
|
I spoke with my server, and they said that the extension php3 are from legacy installs for backwards compatibility. I adjusted all the extensions to say php3, so this should not be problem because I have been running Vbulletin this way since 2001.
|
vBulletin does support different extensions, vBJournal does not - easy as that :)

@Omega Prime
Send me an ACP/FTP/phpMyAdmin login and i'll take a look, but it seems like your tables are empty (though I wonder why there are pagenavs then ...) |

There is no way older versions could have worked properly, except if you modified them (phrases, templates, PHP-Files).
If you did, it's up to you to get it working as this is not supported. |
