-Updated to fix 4.2. PL3 issues
-Fixes about 8 bugs
-Added Fixed width and fluid with versions of Pixel Premium

The fixed width is not fixed width, it shows up as fluid. How do i make it fixed manually? I tried setting it to fixed in doc_width but it makes the forum align to the left and not center.
