No. You must enable the setting that moderators can be set to be ignored.

Change the vb option to allow users to ignore moderators...

A moderator won't be able to give warnings to a user which is a owner of a socialforum. Is there a way to fix that ? Since they abuse it right now on my board.

Create another usergroup that isnt your main moderator group, put them in it, and assign that group permissions to open/close/delete threads. You'd have to create a group for each forum, but...

I installed this mod, however, when I tried to get it to work on my vBulletin, the create forum link will no appear. I have the forum ID set correctly and I also have reached the minimum members on my test group, yet it still won't pop up. I've read through 12 pages of this thread to try to find answers, however, everything I found hasn't helped. If you guys have any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.
