this thing just doesn't refresh.

Firefox, Safari, doesn't matter, I only see posts when I refresh the page, and even then it doesn't always refresh the posts, its usually about 30 minutes behind or more.

Update: i had changed the file name. renaming it back seems to have fixed it?

Changing the filename or the code without knowing what you are doing will break it - the script calls itself and requires certain html to be present to work properly. Changing the number of items displayed and not changing the html or changing the filename and not updating how it calls itself will break it.
