bitfield_flashchat.xml must be in:

yourdomain.com/your-forums-folder/includes/xml/

After that you go to your Admin CPanel, enter Usergroups --> Usergroup Manager, and select the group of your interest.

no, they cant. I even set their permission to moderator and still nothing, even though the mods can get in

Did you upload the the other file into the correct place as well ?

as far as i know, everything is in the right place. I will remove everything and start again from scratch.

Is there a mod so you can show on the index page under "whats going on" how many are logged on to the chat ?

I installed it here: www.utvrally.com/forum with no troubles, but I didn't do steps 3-4, because I have no idea what they do. Can anyone explain the purpose of steps 3 & 4?
