But you didn't get the money either because the guy just clicked on submit and then he doens't even need to log on his paypal to confirm the payment and he is added on the donator list.

Normally it should confirm transaction first and then system should add this guy in donator list.

you confirm it he show publicly if you don't confirm he gets deleted ..

i did and i input my paypal, and it took the money out of the donators paypal aswell

That was suggested to me by a tax atty because "Donate" suggests that this is a foundation which is using the donations for a cause...
