this only shows up if you're logged in, how do I change it?

Hi, I'm new to vbulletin forum (or any other, for that matter) and have never installed a mod before. Can someone please explain to me what exactly I have to do to install it?

I've downloaded the file, extracted it. What do I do next? Upload the whole thing through ftp into my general forum folder or what?

Extract the xml file to your desktop. From your admincp, go to "Plug-ins and Products", go to "Manage Products", and then select "Add/Import Product". Browse the the xml you just saved to your desktop. and upload.

2nd step in THIS mod is to upload files (from the upload folder) to your server via FTP.

It appears to me that I have installed it, but I can't seem to find where this is "vBulletin Options> VBH New Tabs Option" in my Admin Control Panel

I'm aware of the manual, but it is too lengthy, I can't seem to find any specific answer to my issues.

I suspect that "VBH New Tabs Option", as referenced in the original post, is the same thing as what I have under Plugins & Products > vBH - Add new tabs 1.2. However, when I click on it, I get the strangest redirect to some spanish-language forum.

On the very top left in your admincp... Settings, Options, and click the arrow down until you find this product. This area is where you will set most options on your board.
