I'm willing to try that just for the sake of testing the theory. But if that's what it takes to run this, then I probably won't because I have many mods installed and running as an integral part of our forum.

But I'll try it and see.

he doesn't mean that this is incompatible with everything. You probably have 1 conflicting modification.

Yeah, I was only suggesting this to see if it was a mod incompatibility thing. If turning off the mods doesn't 'fix' this, then it is probably some server configuration that is causing the problem.

I did this and got it working, so great suggestion. Thanks.

I was able to disable everything and then enable each mod one at a time until it stopped working again. I found I cannot have the "Topic of the Week" mod running with this.

But that's ok. I prefer this one and it works great now. Thanks for your help.

If you Check the Thread of this Mod for vB37x you'll find a Possible Solution I Proposed to Solve that Conflict with that Particular Mod and you'll be able to Use Both Mods, (if you use Topic of the Week/Month to Nominate Topics of the First Posts which means to Nominate the Thread and Not Particular Posts). ;)

I think Coders Shack that It'd be Nice if you Include a Link to This Particular Post, on both Threads (vB37x and vB38x), it seems like some Users are having that Conflict and are Reporting that the Mod Don't Work without Checking Your First Mod and also if they Check it perhaps they don't Read Nor Search the Entire Threads of the Mod for vB37x and vB38x to Find This Solution to That Particular Conflict. ;)

I read a User's Post that said that the Solution Worked for Him, so If You Try it and Approve it, it'd Help Some Users yo Enjoy Your Live Topic Mod. ;)

You can Also Include in the Conflict List the Mod "Popup Private Messaging", as I reported to You in one of my Posts on the vB37x Thread, because that Mod Interferes with the Hide of Old Posts.

My Best Regards.

:)

I?m grateful for all efforts to get these two mods (Topic of the Week/Month and Live Topic) working together! :) Unfortunately one feature of the former mod - to nominate any post, not only the first one - is the most frequently used on my forum. As far as I caught it, the Topic-mod will not function with the nomination-stamp in any posts besides the first one.

The Mod Topic of the Month will work but the only restriction will be the Display of the Nominated/Winner Stamp on top of the Posts, besides the first one.

There is something on the Code that you saw Edited (on the Plugin) and on the Template that is Used by that Plugin, that causes the Conflict with this Mod.

Hey, Coders Shack, could you provide a Solution Code Similar to the one you have for the Prevent DoublePost Mod, that can Block the Action of that particular Part of the Plugin so that it doesn't work on Quick Replies, allowing your Mod to work fine, but yes on other cases? I think that'd be the Real Solution, and not only for that Mod but for all the others that are in Conflict with your Mod. ;););)

I'll be waiting for your Opinion on this.

My Best Regards.

:)

Yes. At first I assumed it was because of another mod that prevents double posting. I removed that mod completely (literally reverse install) and then reinstalled Live Thread. It did not change. Any edits done to a post pop up like a single post with the message that it had been changed. You have to refresh to get back to the thread.

I cant say that this isnt caused by a conflict with another mod. I have a gaming forum and those are rife with drama so I have a lot of mods that prevent disgruntled former members from being a pain in the ass. None of my mods were on your list though. Here are the ones I am using, just in case that would help you.
