I'm new to vBulletin so apologise if the answer to this question is obvious

I have installed Shoutbox Pro into my vBulletin forum and it is working correctly, however within the display window my message also show the html tags i.e color, /B etc.. Other Shoutbox installations do not appear to dothis just displaying the shouts Bold or in the correct color. What is not correct in my setup?

Is it possible to make the shoutbox only appear when someone logs in, (ie.) they cannot see it as a guest?

I can't delete, prune, or otherwise clear any shoutbox messages either. The shoutbox seems to work otherwise.

Where? The Inferno VBShout settings only allow you to ban specific users. What do I type and where?

It was supposed too, however if you ask them about it, they ignore your threads..

To edit shouts is quite simple people.

Click on the shout you wish to edit and a little box appears at the top and you can edit it, or delete it :)

Quite a good little system, you dont have the buttons in the way.. :D
