nope, unfortunately there is nothing inside the admincp.i've checked it before.:cheeky: also when people try to download the uploaded files within downlod programs it gives them a php file instead of avi, mpeg,mp3,etc..

The maximum downloadsize is buggy.
When I enter 15 (for 15MB) the users cannot download at all.

When I enter a value over 100 it seems to be working OK.

Another thing.
On Plesk servers for example there are two different PHP.ini's one for the admin CP and one for the sites.
Maybe you are facing something like that?

I've been reasonably patient now. It would be nice if the bug I presented about approvals could be taken a look at, because it's weekend now.:)

Hmmm good thought, but Im running Fedora 5 on the LIVE server, and the new server Im putting together is running Fedor 6 RC3, and sheesh can't seem to change that max_file_size from 2 meg, man oh man i have edited that php.ini until im blue in the face hehehe but to no avail, did a locate in shell window to make sure of the right file, now I am doing a reinstall clean and won't compile my php and apache just to see if the RC3 for Fedora is buggy. Whoot whoot, Oct 17 Finall release for Fedora 6....anywho anyother suggestions please post. Thanks Dragonhart

Don't forget hehehe I am the Admin, these 2 servers are right beside me so I set them up...

We have fixed it in our files a minute ago :)

We are currently working on DownloadsII 5.0.4, which will fix all known bugs (and maybe add one or two small new features)

Try putting the extensions in the "Open File Directly in Browser". We have seen on another site where the default download logic doesn't work right but "Open File Directly in Browser" method does.
