can someone simplyfy the instructions and tell us properly were everything goes?

The contents of the upload folder is an "install" folder and a "shoutbox.php". Just place them in your fourms folder.

yeh but do i have to create a folder called install or just upoad all the files inside the install folder?

upload files into the already existant install folder ^^

create a folder called install. I just drop the install folder via FTP and it creates it and uploads the contents.

and what about the over folders called 14 for instance?????

I have no such folder. I just uploaded the install folder and my FTP app creates all folders and sub folders and uploads all files.

in the zip i downloaded has the install folder and then a folder called 14 with loads of other stuff in it?

i use smartftp it wont let me just drag the whole file across

ok. I see it now. I also use SmartFTP and when I drop a folder to my FTP site it creates that folder and all subfolders for me. Try again just dropping the folder.
