Hello Everybody,

Firstly I would like to apologise for this, when I added a License to the package I accidently somehow managed to mix the admin files up. Anyway, please update to the version above, just overwrite the product and upload the admin file and everthing should be fine, on 3.7.1, if not post any comments over at PaulSonny.com and I will try my best to fix them quickly.

Thanks again for your support, Paul.

I have installed the latest version onto a system running vb 3.7.1. And I have checked Yes to Automatic Navbar Template Edit. And my header text includes the default "$template_hook[navbar_buttons_left]".

But no Help Center button or link shows up.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Paul Cardin

Still have a blank page when adding a new ticket or a new reply ...

i have a log if that can help you :

[Mon Jun 09 19:55:51 2008] [error] [client *] PHP Fatal error: Cannot use object of type mysqli_result as array in /*/*/*/forum/helpcenter.php on line 719, referer: http://*/forum/helpcenter.php?do=ticket&tid=5

When i use mysql, i don't have any error.

I hope that can help :)
