Are there uninstall instructions somewhere?

I tried to install this thing and it didnt work on my site for whatever reasons, then when I tried to uninstall I came up with snags...

I looked through the file and saw no uninstall options...

is there some place that I could find out the best way to do this?

May i ask something:

- Can i change background color of chatbox? or put a picture for the background?
- how to change date format (eg: 14/07/2007) to "Today" - "Yesterday" format?

It can't actually as it would add one more query do such thing.

I have finished yesterday the new version which is currently under test but haven't had time to look at that feature so there will be no such means in the 1.3 but maybe in the next release ;)

For that you have to edit manually the mgc_chatbox template.

How you should do the uninstall :

Remove template edits you made for the chatbox
Remove the files from your server
Uninstall the chatbox product first and then the bitfields one

Yeah this actually is a known issue I have corrected in the version to be released.

I am not at home actually but will be back in the evening, I then will look at the issues given by my beta testers and will probably finish the readme files update.
I have also all screenshots to make again as I have change the design of the chatbox.

So release will be probably on monday evening (GMT +1).

One very minor issue...
I would like to have one usergroup in particular have only 'view' privileges. The 'Unregistered / Not Logged In' group. So I check off yes to only the "Can see MGC Chatbox?" permission,and adjusted the minimum post requirement to zero, just in case.
And it doesn't show up.
However, if I add the "Can use MGC Chatbox?", then, of course, it is visible to guests, and functional, as I did a few test shouts logged off.

Any ideas on that?
One thing I loved about the vB Shout flat file system I had was that it was visible, but unusable for guests.

yep I am having the same issue :S when this issue will gets fix? overall it's a awesome hack!

As you can see, that is Number 27 on his list and is crossed off. Therefore you can expect that issue to be fixed in the upcoming version.
