I just want to get gifts and ribbons back to my users on the forums I've upgraded. :(

I've paid for others to install, add to, and upgrade ushop/ucash for me in the past (before vb grew on me) and now that money is gone cause I don't even have it working anymore.

End result, I'm rooting for the new store even though I still have ushop/ucash thangs lingering around from old installs. Once it has what I need: ribbons and gifts, I will donate money to it and install. :)

I did not donate money to the Ushop project because I've lost money before when donating money to a product that isn't out, finished, or bug free. And it just seemed like it would never come out.

I will sit on the side lines waiting to see what comes out of this whole "might merge" thang. But, alls I got to say is that if it does merge I hope that won't stop the buzz of updates, features, and such coming out.

I would think merging with a product that didnt release for 7 months would only serve to delay updates to this hack. Revan is *carrying* the ucash team and it would probably be better if CMX stuck with this. :)

first off, I dont even have any working store feature on my site. I had ushop but I will be upgrading to 3.5.3 so I need a store feature for that version of vbulletin.

Also, to the owner of this hack if I was you I will talk to chief. What he is doing right now is driving people away. He's trying to be the boss of the thread like he coded it or something.

If thats the type of attitude I will be getting if I need support from this threads especially he is the only one all over it replying to every post someone post. If he continue to act like this then I will go ahead and use ushop because I dont need no childish or ignorant remarks being thrown at me by some idiot.

for future version would it be possible to add a catigory type system for custom products or add section for custom products?

example: products aka estore items that change vbulletin fuctionality be grouped say as generic or default type features or store actions. Then have possible to add multiple catigories for custom actions?

Example: Group of Action Products for say graphics design, and another group for say audio editing .. ? That make sense?

I just read about the merging of both stores. That would be GREAT.

I think they will talk it out and just go ahead and work on that and make one great store hack.

I will wait instead of installing any of them.

I agree with CMX, if it wasn't for him releasing his store hack then ushop would have been a forever talked about project. I use to check that thread twice a week and all they were doing is talking about it and nothing being worked on.

I guess somethign was quickly put together and released after seeing yours and I guess the cast of ushop didn't want your store to be overpopulated and mainly used by vbulletin users for awhile so they had to quickly put something out either beta or buggy or whatever.

A one team project will be great so if I was anyone, I would rather wait instead of installing any of the store hacks.
