Where are the xml files for the CMS and Blog areas?
Thanks! Have been using your theme for years... |
The xml is for everything, the only time it is different is if you have forum only, even then I'm pretty sure any xml will still import.
Thanks |
Don't think so, I know it did so in the past with all the previous themes I used. The blue and the orange xml's only seem to be converting the forum; the blog and the CMS have white backgrounds, and only some of your theme colors. I'm using VB 4.2; forum.russbo.com. Maybe version 4.2 has a new way of doing things? Seems like some previous posters had the same issue. And, for some reason, other theme authors are writing three separate xml's (blog, CMS, forum) for their submissions.

Can I install this style on 4.2.0 Patch Level 2?
Is it ok if I don't have the Publishing Suite with CMS? thanks! this is my all time favorite style, I'm so happy that you updated it. can wait to hear back from you, -Nick |

It doesn't work with vBulletin Suit ... But the CMS is White Background !!!
|
That's what I've been saying. The CMS and the Blog parts have white backgrounds, and are not completely picking up the theme.
The Forum part works fine for me. Beautiful and very professional looking, as it always has been. Been using this one since it first was born... |
After a fresh vb 4.2 install I see what your are saying. Not sure what the deal is because I never have had to export Blog and CMS separately. Seems like it may be a bug in 4.2 as the 4.2 B1 worked fine for me.
|
agree. as i mentioned it seems that they changed something in this latest version. other theme authors are writing seperate blog and cms xml files. why these are all seperate now seems a mystery to me, but maybe they have a reason for separating all these components theme wise.

Style updated to the most recent vb release. Added Blog & CMS xmls
