the option "deny bets" is set to 'yes' in the league manager for some leagues ;)

I have a a couple of questions;

1. What does "Can access betting game" in the usergroup options do? If I click on the help question mark icon I get the blurb for "can view forum" permissions.
2. Did the option to split leagues by years make it into a previous update as I can't seem to find the setting for it?

Goddamn it, i found an error come from vb_blog, after disable this product Soccer Betting fine.

Yes, sir! but problem solved, i find out that it's come from vb_blog. But don't know why it's can happen to your mod :P
