Same issue as last 3. Using 3.7.1

I cannot use this. I installed it, and I installed the product correctly. I can see it on the navbar and the admincp. However, in the admincp, the only thing that works is "helpcenter main settings." the other links show up in the admincp, but when i click them, all i get is a white screen. What's wrong?

Please try this helpcenter_admin file and let me know how it goes for you. Remember to overwrite the current one on your server.

used this file (helpcenter_admin.php),and get error in my admin cp ...when click on department management!

That helped, except now I still can't use the Department management. Before, none of the menus worked. Now, they all work, except Department management. Now, when I click department management, I get a message that says "Could not find phrase 'helpcenter_no_department'."

Sorry about this everyone, it seems when I updated the package to include a License file I have somehow managed to mix up the admin files. Give me an hour or so and I will have it sorted.

I have the same problem as the others using 7.1 for obvious reasons hope the update doesnt take to long.
