I agree, it's ironic it came out less than a week after your hack.

I'll stick with this one now it's installed, it's a shame people are now having to choose between two though, it would've been alot more beneficial if you guys had teamed up to bring out one GREAT product, rather than having two allmost identical ones.

I honestly can't answer this question.
First of all, 7 months is an incorrect figure. I did not take over this hack more than 2 months ago. Before that, any delays were out of reach for me or any other coder here.
Which raises the question "Why did it take more than 2 months?" to that I can answer simply: Startup pains. Transferring a project to a batch of new coders is never easy, and perhaps it was a mistake to make it into a multi developer project at first. History is full of examples of "gee I wish we did this and that". Not to mention, for the longest of time I had coders block, I didn't have any inspiration or motivation to work.
The reason why this first beta was done in 2 days was the fact that gio~logist here managed to snap me out of it.
Whether or not he pushed for it as hard due to eBS or not, is not something I can answer.

At any rate, I wish you good luck with your store. It will be interesting to see what you have in store for the hack (pun intended) ;)

Some would say that competition is a good thing. However, without blowing my own trumpet I dare to say that both of our teams consists of great coders, so undoubtedly the end product will be pretty much equal.
I would have no problems with seeing our products merged, though I would have to discuss it with my team.
Course, I don't know if CMX even wants to consider this, the ball is in his court atm on that. :)

Well, a little background on myself.

I've been hacking scripts, codes, video games since 1990. I run the official website for Code Breaker products. Our number 1 product is Code Breaker for the PS2. I make 90% of the cheats for this product. You have to take this into consideration too as I have to take some of my time for my job for these products and more.

Given this new information it is rather extraordinary that I had time to complete this hack. The backend is getting really strong too. Almost strong enough where people coding actions do not need their own action.whatever.php file.

eBux / eStore has 1 coder and some users working on template ideas and giving recommendations.

As far as a merging of the projects, if something could be worked out, that would be good too I guess. I really started eBux / eStore because uShop was M I A and I needed these features for my own webpage.

However, if a merger cant be reconciled... Judging from my own experiences, we have tons of people who compete with our webpage http://www.cmgsccc.com Competition just antagonizes me and makes me strive to perfection. I will not accept being #2 in any of the projects I start, the question is... can you :)

In deed the game would be ON!
