I have a usergroup where they have 100% Withdrawal fee on the Point Market Bank. I do not see this on the Usergroup they are on. I don't see withdrawal fee anywhere in perms, where are they?

I went and looked in database of this usergroup and it's set at 0.0140; but here's a screenshot of what it is doing on this one group:

Only in the database where I changed to 0.00; but it still didn't change for this group.

Donations go into bank. If they look in their bank account, they'll see them.

I love this mod but think i'm going to have to change to something else.

I'm finding it near impossible to allow individual usergroups to certain market items. Also, just enabled the bank but you can deposit all your points and when the next maintenance cycle runs it tots up your points again so you have your points in the bank and then all your points back too so you can deposit again.

I had this mod installed but had nothing but trouble with it. For example my users would purchase things/win points then suddenly would take them all away with no real reason. It's a shame because I really like this mod.

I have an older version installed and do not want to update simply because it is working perfectly for what I intended it for. However, it would be awesome if there was a drop down menu with the members that are on your friends list when giving out gifts? Is this by any chance something you have added?

I installed Point Market 3.1.2 on vBulletin 4.1.9. I'm using it only for manually created store items. They're not shippable - I simply want after-purchase instructions PMed to the purchaser.

After a purchase, I receive a notification PM of the purchase, but no PM is sent to the purchaser. I tried making products "email", but no email was sent either.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Found a solution?

Ok, the Lottery function is completely whack. I held a big lottery that many people spend almost all of their cash on, and the winner was someone who didn't even purchase a ticket

Just change that value to 0 if you do not want to levy any withdrawal fee.

.htaccess was the problem. I can now add myself as an Market administrator. But whenever I go to the market.php on the main forums, it shows a blank screen. Any idea what's wrong?

Further more, removing & Installing point market on my windows system (local copy of the forums) will cause this:
While I already removed all market related SQL tables from the database, it keeps saying this after attempts to install it. And for that matter, there is no "market_points" table at all!

So yea.. help appreciated.

Attempted to reinstall the market, and upon re-installing, I get this:
Same like the above error on my Windows copy of the forums. This installation has MAJOR issues.

The donation system isn't working properly. The donation goes through, it's in the system but the user doesn't receive any pts.

By removing:
From the xml file (latest version) I was able to fully install the plugin. However! Market.php on the main forums is still completely blank.. I still need help with that.

Further more, if I disable all the plugins except for the market, I get this when I access the market.php on the main forums:
With xxx being the website URL. The converter, bank, etc works. Except for market.php

I'm sorry, but this plugin is doesn't work properly. Same issue on my local copy. Using latest vB version.

Would be nice if the product would be actually supported :-\, as mentioned on the mod list.

Well, I keep getting:

on Market.php. I can't figure out what's wrong. Clean installation works just fine, but doesn't work when I disabled all plugins and using an entire new file set of vBulletin files. It shows up blank (market.php) on the real forums, but I assume it's hiding these errors. It's been over 2 weeks, some support would be nice.

According to some research, the error codes have something to do with the templates, with CSS included. Even when using the default theme, I can't figure out what's wrong.

I've installed this on vB 4.2 and so far, nothing is working. The market page loads but the products I've added are not showing and neither are ANY of the other options such as the converter, donations, etc...

What a shame the developer vanished over a month ago. :(

The navigation menu is missing, which is known seeing the plugin can't add the new menu's with the new navigation manager of vB 4.2. Are you sure you've given yourself and the group access to use the converter, bank, etc?

Pretty sure. But with the lack of documentation and support, I can't be 100% positive.

I've followed some previous directions and now have the Experience link under the Community tab which now lets people find their way to the Market. I've also got the store items working now. The item quantities were set to zero as I figured that would mean unlimited, not unlisted. Added some quantities and now they are showing up. Still not seeing anything on the front end that gives access to the PMS converter or bank.

I'm trying to troubleshoot problems with both mods. Can you recommend additional setting I can check?

And I assume you have full access to the market within the usergroup settings? I believe -1 is unlimited.

Right now i am using the point market system and its working perfectly. My current currency is vbexperience.
Lately i have introduced vBookie to my forum and i like how its working out.
My question is the following :
1. Can i make "Point currency converter" to change from vbexperience to vCash ?
2. Can i make the other way round ?
3. Can i add a cuota of charge to change currency ?
4. How can i check what is the "user table" mentioned on other post to define these fields
5. Can i add this feature to the current store ? or it must be done through conversor ?

This is/was a great mod, but it's frustrating that it appears to break both itself and vBExperience for us under vBulletin 4.1.5 PL1. It's coming up on a month now that people have been posting support queries, and there's yet to be any kind of a response from the author. I understand this is a free mod, and that people have lives outside of this forum. However in all fairness to the people who have installed this mod, it would be nice to know, one way or the other, if TheMayhem will be continuing to develop and support Point Market.

Pretend he isn't and move on. That's my suggestion.

Try reading the information at the top of the mod.

Maybe that gives a clue as to why they havent answered anything in the last month ........ ;)

Hmmm that looks pretty decent. I'll try it out this weekend. I still have version 3.1.3 on my desktop that had a number of fixes that aren't released on here. What is the biggest issue with the newer versions of vb and the market? The Point Market was really made for vbulletin 4.0x - 4.10 after that anything they've done I haven't messed with too much.

I believe it shows up by default. You can verify this by creating a new default vB style and checking. If that's the case, you'll have to fix whatever you may have done to your style (or use the default vB one).
