With 4.1 you can define the date the points are calculated from.

As long as 4.1 is declared as Beta I would not recommend to use it on productive systems. You can use 4.0.4, it is stable since almost one year.

I'll stick to my current version until it's stable enough. I'll be waiting.

Phalynx, let me make you a suggestion, if I may.

You could add in the achievement/trophy conditions a "null" condition, to make it easier for the admins to give awards to the user, and exclude them from automatic distribution. That, or a "do not include this in automatic distribution" checkbox or something.

Ex: currently, if an achievement/award has no set condition, it'll be given to everyone automatically. If there was an option to exclude said achievement/award from automatic parsing, it'd make an admin's life much easier.

Just an insight on how to improve this product. Keep up the good work.

Awards which are manually assigned to a user will not be distributed automatically. Achievements cannot be manually assigned.

Yes, there will be an auto update with notification. 4.1 will be released as final this week.

You can just disable the vbExperience arcade plugin that is connecting between arcade and vBExperience.

There are calculcation that have no date column, so they cannot be filtered out.

It's a pity .... and it is not expected ?

Phalynx, I'm using the files which have been downloaded in the Beta4 zip file. I've only had vB a week or so, which means I wouldn't have access to any of the previous Betas. I've also tried the Gold version which is also giving me the same error.

Next, while Using vbexperience 4 beta- I am noticing that the activity is not updating for many members.

In the settings I have it set to update PPD for 60 days, include user posts - yes, include blogs, yes, etc

yet several members who have been Very active this week are displaying as 0% Activity.

Not possible, as this error has been fixed with Beta 4. I double checked it.

Did you run the achievements recount? The 7 days achievement is beeing replaced by higher version, if the recount can run till the end.

The size of the icons cannot be changed, you would need to modify some php files.

Seems you have some errors with the Project Tools CDP. Please reinstall the vBExperince plugin for Project Tools.

You can see from my join date that I have only registered on the 29th Oct 2011. So I don't know a way I could only have Beta 1.

The Install Readme states:
1. Import the main product "product_vbexperience404.xml"

However, the file in the download "vBExperience410_20111023_Beta4.zip" is named "product_vbexperience410.xml".

Is this my problem?

That does need time. Took 2 weeks on our board until the activity values started to make sense. I guess it does use an average of some kind (never cared to check the code) and if you have data for 2 days, but want a 60 day average the function just returns rubbish.

VBX for when I install, I'm not sure that locking the vBulletin reputation system as I have users with 1000 messages and has only 2 green boxes in vbulletin reputation. But there is another who has 100 posts and has 4 boxes reputation.

You need to change PHP files, not templates.

Reputation has nothin in common with the points. Every user can give reputation, regardless the points or posts.

Already found PHP to change the size of the icon in order in the postbit is this: xperience_admin

I've checked the specific file, its the same in the ZIP as on my server, I've reuploaded it and tried the recount which failed again. I checked the versions on the server and on my PC and have the same word count (which to me is a good suggestion they match).
