It's not interrupting when you are trying to inform others of actions that could damage their SEO that they are working so hard on getting. Remove the copyright that this guy states you cannot do without paying for it and you are opening yourself up to legal actions. If you are a business, you have something to lose and from the looks of his business practices already he's not out to do the right thing.

Those words are basicly what people searched for to reach the site, so
what does that have to do with adsense? My question even though you
have a large list of keywords as it really done anything for you other
then just show a huge list? and how come you have 5 times as many
keywords listed then seoforums.org? Interesting.
