Great mod! I'm using it for my forums right now, I would love to see a pop-out feature (or is it already there and I'm just not noticing it?)

I got it working in vBAdvanced. You need to include adv_index

Does anyone know how I would go about setting up something like maxlength so members couldn't type huge messages?

Could you provide some instructions how you did that? Would be great!

Regarding the max length, it would require a template edit. I think I saw something similar in the base template... I would have to check on that though

For vBAdcaned, all you need to do is add:
Code:

adv_index
In the Page Deployment section for the mod properties ;)

Yes i entered that into the page deployment area, but still nothing. Do you create a template module & enter:

Quote:

<!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->
Or what else? I recall I tried it and all I got was "loading". Could be wrong though.

Thanks

Yeah you had to create a new template and make it into a vBA module and activate it on your pages. If that didn't work try adding index or your vBA page name/URL into the Page Deployment box. Sorry, I'm bad at writing documentation.

Nope doesnt work :(

In the page deployment I have:
Quote:

index,
adv_index,
Have you a link to yours working? Mine displays ok, but doesnt load lol ;)

Thanks anyway
