Mod of the month?

Works a treat for me :)

Thank you so very much! This is a wonderful Mod :)

I wish someone could maintain this mod... it's worked for years... just a few issues here and there.

Has anyone fixed the Soft-Delete actually physically deletes a thread problem? I know it's a known bug and a few others have asked.... if all else fails I'll figure it out and post up the solution.

Agreed JustChil. This MOD is a must-have for many forums but unfortunately updates have fallen far behind. I know one of my biggest concerns was the gross amount of quieries the old version produced. I'm not sure if it was the event MOD or the event forum MOD but the combination of them both produced a heavy number of calls to the database.

Will this mod be updated to 3.7.x in the future. By far one of the best mods ever created.

This mod works just fine in VB 3.7.2

This only works off the calendar? I cannot make it for a certain forum whenever a new thread is made?

KURTZ 07-09-2008 06:56 PM

just tested onto 3.7.2 PL1 ... there are some troubles ... like some uncached templates and if the forum that we select to use this add-on has activated the option 'Require Threads to have a Prefix' it doesn't runs ... :(

we need an upgrade of this superb hack ... :)

ps. also it adds 28 queries onto forumdisplay.php ...

THAT is why this beautiful MOD needs to be updated. Can't wait for the improved version.

The default format is %title%custom: %datetime however all I want to appear in the title is the %title and the date, without the time? I don't have any custom fields.

I just find the title's can be huge and difficult to read at first glance, for example: My reoccuring event at the local pub on the corner: 20 Aug 07 07:30 PM - 20 Aug 10 11:00 PM

Curious to see if this was ever addressed.... I too am interested in dropping the time frames..

thanks'
