I set all the permissions in the forums, It shows up when i make a new thread i click okay and its supposed to go to vBookie New Event page and it doesnt just shows the thread i just posted ?

Also make sure you do rebuild bitfields from maintenance in admincp.

right click on the image missing property and see where you're supposed to upload it.

Ok, I got it installed now with no errors, but I cant make any bets. There are no options when making a thread. Could we try and make this one work again please ? :)

Do I need to make any changes? Ran fine on 3.6.x after the change that needed made, but I was getting so many security token errors that I disabled everything until I figure out which ones are causing them.

Well, the bets we had going until the upgrade worked just fine, but now when you go to post a new thread there is no option to add a book to it - I re-did everything along with the plugin replacement that got it to work on the 3.6.x version...

I installed successfully this on my vBB 3.7.3!But now I have a minor problem : could someone show me the place to edit the "$vbphrase[anon] won ..." to other phrase instead???

BTW, does anyone know some place I can get odds for American football and/or how to convert the odds listed at Yahoo into vBookie odds?

I'm pretty dumb and am probably missing something VERY obvious.

I added a new phrase called [anon]. Not sure if that is the way to do it but on 3.6.10, there is no phrase like that.

I have installed the mod but when I set the usergroup permissions to yes and save they aren't saving even though it seems like they have.

If I go back to check they are all set to no!

Any ideas?

Has anyone had strange bet results where users randomly win enormous amounts of vCash? Like 10 figure amounts? Can't seem to figure out why it's happening, it doesn't happen that often but I get one every couple of months or so.

I have been using vbookie for awhile and love the mod. We have been using it heavily and recently noticed a slowdown when we settle bets. It is eating up a lot of resources, mysql seems to take 10 minutes to settle each bet. (We are on a dedicated server, which has been optimized).

Anyone have any issues like this? I am wondering if I can schedule the settle bets to not run until later through cron. Or even just prune the database, maybe if there was less history in the database that would take care of the issue?

one more, can't find this in phrases or templates,.......... where is says vbookie installed how to rid of that... 2 bets have been placed yet it still shows. I saw mention of it here somewhere but can't find the answer.

I set all permission correctly (only tech + vbookie group) but all smod and admin can settle the bet!So could I do something to prevent it???Because someone try to settle the wrong side, and it make the bet be chaos...

I agree, this is quite popular and seems it could be reworked, made easier for admins. Amazing.

I bought bplaza and vbbux but I'm not too happy it's ioncubed (I mean come on for a $50 hack???)

Lads please could any of you help me.

Im running vbulletin version 3.7.3 and have downloaded this and heard vbookie works with my version.

Ive installed it all but the only problem i have is when i go to Template navbar and try to find <td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="calendar.php?$session[sessionurl]">$vbphrase[calendar]</a></td> it is not there.

Please can any of you help me ??
