I installed it, got the link for Tweet this thread, but no link appears for tweet this post.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Edit: Never mind, I got it. I had to do the edits as shown above. :o

no problem i understand..I didn't incorporated yet.Because i didn't know if it's 100% safe or not,I'll just wait till the new feature is out.:)

And you post this after the update. Reinstall vBTwitter. Mcrypt isn't used anymore and storage of passwords and usernames not required any more. Not even an option.

It was quite easy. It was back porting from the next version. And modifying the process of authentication.
