Hello
Is it possible to register automatically an user who connects with his Facebook account? Thank you. Best Regards, Alex |
I just checked and it was missing on a couple. So I added it to all of them and still the same result. The link when you hover it shows up as /index.html#

Is your site http://mysite.com or http://www.mysite.com ? |
The URL I have listed in VB and Facebook is http://www.mysite.com/forums
(Ps: Man the owner of mysite.com gets a lot of free press :)) |
Im using a fresh install of VB3.8.2 (with the google adsense stuff built in)
|
ok, try going to http://mysite.com/forums and let me know if it works when you click on the facebook login icon.
|
No it shows the same link with index.php# except it doesnt have the www. part.
I can pm you the url if you like, (or just use my username .com/forums (ignore the homepage that was a test site)) to see if you can see anything that maybe causing it. Its really odd. I even tried to change all the URLS (on vb and facebook) to not include www. But that had no effect either. |
I guess this is not useful for site that have a lot of private forums and custom user groups and require registration before posting?
|
Sure it would be. You can assign your 'facebook' users a usergroup that you can give certain permissions to.
