hi phalynx, i am a big fan of this hack and my board primarily runs with it.
for the first time a user has brought this problem to me.

one of my moderators is not having his vbexperience displayed, where as all the rest of us are having it displayed. can you think of the reason why this is happening?
i am running on 3.8.2 but i upgraded to 3.8.3. can you please suggest any help?

hey i am in big trouble.
i enabled the option to promote ranks and when i hit recount, i was moved to another group thus removing me from being an admin.
what should i do and how should i get back my admin rights?
i have disabled the hooks and hacks but still cant login the admin panel

There is no display if a user has negative points.

Never ever enable promotions if your admin group is your primary group. There is a documentation about this.
THIS IS NOT A BUG OF THE HACK. There are dozens of warnings about this.

You need to use phpmyadmin to assign you to an admin again.

yes phylanx i know it is not a bug. i accidently did it and it cured cause i sought help from vbulletin.

as for the negative points letme check it up

i checked phylanx, he is not having negative points.
only his activity is not displayed. and some new users.
can i change it manually?
