I would like to remove the PM function on pro (well worth the $30!) for the members but leave for admin, is this possible?

My question, how can I get the newest "shout" to show up at the bottom and not go up top?? Its really weird this way.

Im having an issue with the pro version of this hack, I also put this one (lite) on before the pro version and i still have these ugly white lines. From what I was reading, Im guessing this is a template issue? I havent really seen a fix on this though I havent read the 30 some pages of replys to this thread....anyways, i posted a screen shot so hope someone can help me.
