Hi, thanks for your reply, I have the downloads as where the instructions told me to put it, it is in the forums directory, meaning forums/downloads and the forums is in the main cms directory meaning www.dida.com/forums/downloads
so in the admin section of downloads, the url is ./downloads/ and the minute I click on teh navbar downloads in vb I get the download.php page but at the top it says downloads directory dosent exits, and if I try to upload well it just gives db errors pertaining to not finding the directory. I tryed to put an absolute url meaning /var/www etc etc to the downloads with no avail. this is very perplexing as I have a basically reasonable knowlege of linux, and php, but this one has me stumped....anything else for info would be appreciated. Thanks....twalls admin mobildesigns.com...
ps....hoping im not embarrasing myself hehehe but probably something stuipd...

Ok, hows this for weird, uninstalled redid the install, as a default install, and got it to work with uploading only a .zip file, if I try to upload a .gif .png or say a .gz it says I can only upload the files .zip .rar etc the same extensions found in the admin panel, but won't let me upload any .gif or png files. I have the downloads directory chmod'ed to 777 so sheesh whats going on....twalls aka Dragonhart

I asked earlier about category images that they are bellow category name
same as on your example:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachmen...1&d=1154030030

is it possible to put it beside category name or even to replace the name with image only?

Thank you

I still can't figure out this black table problem.

Can anyone help me out, it happens to every table.

Only on this version.

Ok got the files for file extensions to upload no problem now and no more db errors about not finding the downloads directory the final problem is any zip file over 900 k wont upload, and yes I have edited the php.ini to 200Megs and restarted the apache server, but to no avail, what else could be stopping it from uploading even a moderate size file???
