Thanks.

I am totally lost. Can do you do a sketch in pain or kinda like that ?
Feature request: I would like to see an alternative avatar layout where only the last person who chatted could have a full avatar showing. Nobody else's avatar would show. I used to have a program that did this, but I like yours better overall. That feature would be nice since as you chat the avatar of the last person changes and you can see the detail from their avatar in full size without taking up screen space showing everyone's avatar at that size.
The format then would go like this:
Column 1:
First rows: Enter Chat Here - Buttons - Icons
Last rows: Last Person Chatted Avatar (Full Size Avatar shows)
Column 2+:
As it is now, Date, Time, Chat, etc.

Well about the editor on left (or could be right as well), I have added in the next version a new possible editor layout with a textarea on the right or left instead of top/bottom editor as simple input.
However, not sure of the utility of the avatar like that on the left, but I'd be interested in knowing the other users thoughts on the subject.

I love this chatbox, just one issue I have is there is some instruction missing or a code missing that truly allows me to add the chatbox to other pages, like postedit, profile, search, worldmap, ibproarcade, no matter what I have tried I have been unable to get the chatbox to show on any other page other than what it allows by default. Can anyone address this issue or give a solution. Trust me I have followed the instructions to the Letter and still no chatbox showing, its like the var code is not registered on a necessary page or file which allows us to use the var code, and just putting the page names in the admin cp does no good either.
Thank you,
PS: If you have a channel stop showing the chats or shouts go into the archive and delete any chat or shout with special characters. The chatbox will start working again.

You have to open the php files corresponding to these pages and then you should add the THIS_SCRIPT values to the box of defined pages. Please copy a screenshot of your configuration settings.

- Access from the chat box on forum pages was hard for a lot of members, while chat access from the main chat page /mgc_cb_evo.php?do=view_chatbox did not give access problems(until 80 chatters where in). Members often where unable to view shouts in the main channel, when accessing on a forum page.
Does this make sense to you? Any idea what happened?
I would like to open the chat box up again for my members, if it can take a few hundred concurrent chatters.

That's interesting, never been able to run the chatbox with such amount of users.
So here are a few questions: - Was it slow because lots of chats were made in the mean time ?
- Were you getting any errors in the javascript console of firefox ?
- Please install the firebug extension and activate it when on your
When active, click the little bug on the right corner of firefox, then activate everything in the Console tab. See how much time the chats retrieval takes (ajax call to mgc_cb_evo_ajax.php, i would be interested to know and also to know if anyhow that fails.
- If you can, try to tell other of your users to do so, getting the most feedback as possible would be awesome to find solutions or issues.

Feature requests: - A much requested feature by my members is to have the input field below the shouts. please consider adding this.
- It would be useful to be able to infract members from the chat box.
- Invite members into a channel.

- Already an option
- You can ban, what did you mean by infract ?
- Like private discussion between two members ?

- Well when wysiswyg is active or not, the bbcode still can be used
- I am not very up to that, chats are simple, you don't write huge texts, so is this really needed, I am not sure. What do you think other users ?
