You'll need to be running XenForo to get the newest version of this software.

I thought about switching over to XenForo but they still don't have enough features to warranty a move. Maybe one day they'll get up to vB4's level. Thanks anyway! Random but I have Ninjapost forum software too which is faster than XenForo but needs more features just like XenForo. I'll add XenForo to the site when I can think of a use for it. I don't mind having all 3 forum softwares.

Is there a way to remove the download link for each video, as I don't want my users to be able to download the videos

Does anyone have service xmls written for Viddler (says it is supported, but not xml files when downloaded) and Blip.tv when the file names aren't http://blip.tv/file, but instead are http://blip.tv/username.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I went through most of this.

I’m trying to host my own videos from local file.

I put the file in customVID
The file is a .flv It was converted from a .mpg
I did localvideo:lol.flv

I keep getting the error

Could not parse media URL.

Permissions are 777

What am I doing wrong?

Great Mod Jaxel, and I have it running fine, but would really like to add a photo gallery. I see on your site, you have used Flickr to do this, are you able to provide the XML for this at all please?

Thanks I love the mod the only trouble I seem to have is when you want to write a comment,,, the comment background is white but the text is also a off white so it is really hard to see what your typing but once you submit the comment it goes back nicely to a back ground and white text or what ever color code you selected. Thanks I have been searching around for the color code for the back ground but no luck, but other wise everything works well. Thanks if anybody can point me in the right direction

I am not using the original template from VB

FFS I was looking at this but realised the developer has popped off to Xenfora FFS

He's charging $5 to add additional media sources, $5 for each single one lol

Well played ..... it is a nice script and i would pay $10 ,that price for full support on the whole script with the new codes every 6 months. But he is no longer suppporting this script, he stated he dose not have VB anymore.

I think I must be doing something wrong.

My locally hosted video is in the customvid folder. The customvid folder is located on the root directory (where my forum is located too). I'm typing in local:<filenamehere> and it tells me that the URL could not be parsed.

Did I miss something along the way?

You cannot edit video descriptions with 4.1.4 but works fine otherwise.

Seems like there are issues with 4.1.4.
