Confirmed same here, blank menus, only appear when moused over.....

Yup, I also have this issue after upgrading to 4.1.8.
I only use the default style/colours.

I can access the delete all posts button on my board. How do I enable this button for my modstaff? They have to delete page by page. I've searched this thread and looked through mst pages with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

well I also get the security token problem, after I had to reimport my database and I reinstalled the chat box. :( Any help?

I also got the same problem with blank menus, unless you move you mouse over the options.

I would do this one first..
before the background.
Posted both incase your background is off thats why you can see the font..
and posted for the font incase it's the font thats off..

This has been discussed before, but I don't think there's any better solution than to disable guest viewing in the options.

Instead of expecting us to find your earlier post you should have just figured maybe nobody understood the question "My chatbox is not reading date and time.. And most importantly: assured us that you've searched this mod, found all the earlier discussions about date and time, but still haven't found a solution.

Dear Hippy; any way to put just the word or link "ChatBox" in white color, without changing the text of the pop up menu?... I have the same problem with my register button, beacause if I change text to white, other links of my menu can?t be seen because of my white background.

First of all, great mod!

I have one issue though, when the chatbox loads initially, it loads the whole page into the chat area instead of messages. User has to reload the page or click on some link to actually load the messages.

I noticed, the initial AJAX request looks like this:

whereas subsequent requests use '&' to separate params. I don't have any idea why '&' is escaped to '&' initially. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Is there anyway to get this to also display on the home page as well?

I have problem when I upgrade VBulletin to 4.1.8 since colour of font in dropdown menu of chatbox is white same as background. Only when I pass with arrow it change colour to black. On all other dropdown menus ( User CP, Help, Most popular forums, ...) everything is normal. How to fix that problem?

It works fine on vB 4.1.8. There is just small cosmetic issue with the drop-down menu.

What I would give to have a light version of this operating in a forum sidebar block. If I beg, can we make that happen?

Just a quick question...

When the ChatBox is set to display newest messages on the bottom and the input area is in the bottom, after refresh the scroll bar is not positioned at the bottom (i.e. the last few messages are not shown). Is there a solution to fix this?

This mod works great and installs super easy.

One request- Can you add some sort of paging command so that you can ask someone to come to the chat room? That would let them know someone wishes to chat with them. It would be super!

That works. But why can't I find an 'additional.css' in my vb package? Anyway, it's found in AdminCP>Styles and templates>Style Manager>edit templates>CSS templates

there are a few out there if you use downloadII there is one ..
if you use ibproarcade
you can do this..

You need to have VSa - Chatbox & ibproarcade installed.

Now create a new bbcode called 'siteurl' with the code

(This makes the game link in the chatbox open in the same window rather than a new one)

Change BOTH INSTANCES of 42 in the above code to the value of the userid of the users name you wish to appear in the chatbox. I have a user with id 42 called spam_master who does all the arcade shouting for this addon.

but it was never posted as a mod.. so it's lost ATM
