Hmmmm... Do you have vB Optimise installed? If so, you could try flushing the cache.

If not, could you get them to paste you the URL that's giving them the blank page?

If they give you "yourdomain.com/profile.php?herp=derp" then check your public_html folder for any error_log files. Hopefully they contain some hints as to what happened :)

I just installed this. It work's when I @username you can click and it links to the profile but nobody gets a notification

Can you check the column dbtech_usertag_mentioncount in the user table for someone who should have received a notification?

Doing so will break the plugin, as the notifications will be permanently stuck "on".
