I just installed this modification and it works beautifully. If anyone is having issues with the markup not looking correct after installing the addon from here, please try the addon linked by ozzy47-- Works perfectly on vBulletin 4.2.3 Beta 1.

its work on forumhome but on forumdisplay its show me this:

yes it is working great on vbulletin version 4.2.3 and 4.2.4

Tested on vBulletin 4.2.3, if you use custom markup you need to use ' and not ", anyway awesome mod, if i can give a suggestion for improve this product, please make the effect working also on thread view for mobile theme, thanks!
