You do not have the images in the proper location. The images go in the misc folder for your specific style. FF just hides the fact that they are broken and just displays the alt text.

Hi there,
I installed this over the weekend and because we already have over 3,700 members with gamer tags set up, the system was beavering away to add them. I think most were added over the course of the weekend.
Unfortunately our forums were really struggling this morning.
The gXboxLive mod was absolutely strangling the database server.

and as soon as I deactivated the mod, the server instantaneously sprang back to life.

Any clues as to what it is about the mod was causing this and how we can improve the situation?

I placed the images in the misc folder but i still cant get it to work the top 3 stars and the message and friends request r still broken images

After a day and a half of stupidity and what not, I fixed it. GREAT MOD!

With 2.0 I have been working on mostly optimization making sure queries only happen when absolutely needed. However, just the process of caching the gamer cards is intensive, with 2.0 the card scanning is spanned over the course of the day. Right now the ranking process is the most intensive and I am searching for a better solution. But right at this moment there is nothing you can do about it. It may level out once the leaderboard has been populated fully, which is a day or two.

It appears your board has some strange issues with the leaderboard. The headinclude doesn't seem to be loading, as well as the pagnation is broken.

I'm getting an error with 2.1.4:

I've had to disable it for now - that's why it's not appearing correctly.
Try disabling it on yours and then accessing the page - you'll probably get the same results.
Maybe if you set an option to allow it to update only between certain times. I would have it work between 2am and 7am for example.
