I meant that: is there any way to check that the this product is installed properly?

I found this code in the index.php:

Will the product work? how can I check? specially that it does not work...

Can I add the required code by opening the index.php and paste it some where?

If you can see it listed in your plugin and product managers then I would say it's installed properly.

That code you posted is not in index.php, it's in the forumhome template.

If you have not touched the options then it should be visible to anyone. If it isn't then most likely you have a faulty mod installed that is breaking your hook system - turn off all your other products/plugins and see if it works.

I have this on our forum and it works correctly, but the number of active users don't show up. Any idea why??

You have customised the phrase at some point - revert it back to the default.
